AGENCY QUESTIONS

Before you get started

Does VitaPonte replace our agency?

Your agency keeps its customers, caregivers, brand and prices. VitaPonte provides technology and onboarding support. Your team remains responsible for care delivery.

When does the 5% fee apply?

It applies to eligible net collected care receipts for completed visits for patients onboarded through VitaPonte. Registration alone does not trigger the fee. Covered patients and services are defined in signed terms.

Can we onboard existing customers?

Yes, when the agency deliberately onboards them and the signed agreement includes them. The fee does not automatically apply to all agency revenue.

Who controls family access?

The patient approves the scope of family participation and can revoke it. Family members see and do only what their permissions allow.

What does the setup fee cover?

The proposed launch rates are $250 for a small agency and $500 for a medium agency. Setup includes branding, agency configuration, an initial import and staff training. Confirm the tier and scope before signing.

Is every feature ready for our agency today?

The walkthrough illustrates the intended experience. Before live use, the pilot agreement confirms available features, payment configuration, notification delivery and any integrations.

Can we use this for skilled care or payer billing?

The initial pilot focuses on private pay nonmedical homecare. Skilled clinical workflows, payer billing and state-specific requirements need a separate scope discussion.

How do we start?

Complete the agency assessment or request a demonstration. Together we agree on a pilot group, permissions, training and success measures before launch.
