VITAPONTE
Terms of Service
Last updated October 27, 2026
These terms describe use of the VitaPonte website and connected services. By using them, you agree to these terms. An agency or customer agreement may include additional or different terms for its services.
VitaPonte and care agencies
VitaPonte provides technology that helps agencies and authorized users coordinate services. Agencies and their care providers are responsible for the care they offer, their staff and their own service decisions. Availability of features depends on your agency, account and location.
Accounts and appropriate use
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use only the access you are authorized to use. Do not impersonate others, interfere with the service, access another person’s information without authorization, or use the service unlawfully. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse or legal compliance.
Health and emergencies
Health readings and summaries are informational and depend on connected devices, permissions and available data. They do not replace a clinician’s judgment, diagnosis or treatment. The service is not a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency number.
Bookings, fees and third parties
Care availability, bookings, cancellations, fees and payments are subject to the terms presented by the relevant agency or in the applicable agreement. A website inquiry or demonstration request does not itself establish a care appointment. Third-party devices and services are subject to their providers’ terms and may change or become unavailable.
Content and intellectual property
VitaPonte and its licensors retain rights to the service, branding and content. You may use the service for its intended purpose and may not copy, redistribute or exploit it beyond your rights or applicable law. You remain responsible for information you submit and for having permission to share it.
Availability and liability
Features may change, be interrupted or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law and any applicable agreement, the service is provided without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Any liability limitations in an applicable written agreement remain subject to applicable law.
Privacy, changes and questions
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. We may update these terms as services change; the date at the top identifies this version. For questions about a specific agency’s services, contact that agency.
Contact VitaPonte
